Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GymLevels mobile application ("App") operated by GymStreak Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GymLevels, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GymLevels is a gamified fitness tracking application for logging workouts, earning XP, ranking muscle groups, tracking personal records, building streaks, and accessing personalized workout generation.

All GymLevels features require an active free trial or paid subscription.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

GymLevels Pro offers auto-renewing weekly and annual subscriptions. Eligible subscriptions may include a free trial or limited promotional pricing. The price and billing period shown in the App Store at purchase confirmation are the terms that apply to your transaction.

3.2 Free Trials

Where offered, a free trial provides access for the displayed trial duration. Any unused portion is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. You will be charged after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

3.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payment is charged to your app-store account at purchase and renewal. You may cancel in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under the store's policies.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with advance notice where required.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use GymLevels. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at support@gymstreaklabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract its source code.
• Interfere with the App, its integrity, performance, or servers.
• Circumvent subscription requirements or free-trial eligibility.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

GymLevels provides fitness tracking and workout suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting an exercise program, particularly if you have a health condition or injury. GymStreak Labs is not liable for injury, illness, or health consequences arising from use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

App content, graphics, logos, exercise videos, interface design, and software belong to GymStreak Labs and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

8. User Data

You grant us the right to store and process fitness data as necessary to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymStreak Labs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from App use. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@gymstreaklabs.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued App use after changes constitutes acceptance, and we will notify you of material changes where required.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GymStreak Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and GymStreak Labs, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple's applicable media services terms prevail for App Store usage if there is a conflict.
