FAQ

Questions about GymLevels

What is GymLevels?

GymLevels is a workout tracker for iOS and Android with a game layer: you log real gym sessions, every set earns XP toward your player level, each muscle group has its own rank from Untrained to Legend, and streaks, challenges and a weekly report keep you consistent.

What is the Level-Up Plan quiz?

A short quiz about your goal, experience, schedule, equipment and any old injuries. It gives you a player class and a starting plan, then shows the plan options and their prices before you pay. After checkout you create your login and use the same account in the GymLevels app.

Is GymLevels an anime workout app?

It is anime-inspired: system-style alerts, quests, a player class and ranks. There are no anime characters in it, and it is not affiliated with Solo Leveling or any other series. The training is normal gym work logged set by set.

How do muscle ranks work?

Each completed set earns XP based on its volume, and that XP goes to the muscles the exercise trains. A muscle's total XP sets its rank, so the body map shows which muscles you train most and which are falling behind.

Does GymLevels cost anything?

GymLevels needs a paid plan: all features need GymLevels Pro, either a plan bought on this site after the quiz (prices shown before you pay, with a 30-day money-back guarantee) or a subscription in the app store.

Does GymLevels use AI to write workouts?

No. Today's Workout is picked by rules that look at which muscles have recovered, your equipment, injuries and preferred session length. You can also build your own workouts or save templates.
