Unofficial leveling-style tracker
Solo Leveling-style workout app
GymLevels is a workout tracker for iOS and Android that gives your real gym sessions the feel of a leveling system: you're the player, every logged set earns XP, each muscle climbs its own rank, and daily quests plus a monthly boss challenge give you a reason to train today.
GymLevels is an independent fitness app and is not affiliated with Solo Leveling, Chugong, D&C Media, Aniplex, A-1 Pictures, Crunchyroll, Netmarble, or any official rights holder.

The fantasy vs the app
What the leveling system looks like in GymLevels
The appeal of a leveling story is watching someone ordinary get measurably stronger, one quest at a time. GymLevels applies that idea to training you actually do. Here is how the familiar pieces map onto the app.
| Leveling idea | What GymLevels actually does |
|---|---|
| “The System” notices you | Onboarding opens with system-style alerts, then a short quiz about your goals, experience, schedule and equipment. |
| Your class | The quiz gives you a player class such as Strength Seeker, Mass Builder or Endurance Hunter. It is mostly your identity in the app, and you can change it later. |
| Daily quests | A rotating set of daily and weekly challenges, plus a monthly boss challenge worth a large XP reward. Targets scale with the difficulty and training frequency you choose. Want the story’s own routine instead? See the daily quest workout. |
| Levelling up | Completed sets earn XP (more for heavier sets, double for a personal record) and raise your player level. |
| Hunter ranks | Each muscle group has its own rank, from Untrained through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond up to Master and Legend. |
Honest limits
What GymLevels doesn't do
- No official characters, art or story. The style is inspired by the genre; nothing is licensed.
- No penalty zone. Missed quests expire. Nothing locks you out of training.
- No stat points to spend. Levels are a record of the work you logged; they don’t unlock abilities or content.
- No friends or leaderboards yet. You can share your weekly report as an image.
- No Apple Health or Health Connect sync. You log workouts in the app.
Getting started
Your first week as a player
- Take the quiz. Goals, experience, training days and equipment set up your plan and reveal your class.
- Start today’s workout. GymLevels suggests a session based on which muscles have recovered, or you can build your own from the exercise library or a saved template.
- Log sets as you go. The rest timer runs between sets and XP lands when each set is completed.
- Check the rankings. The body map shows which muscles are moving up and which are falling behind.
- Read your weekly report. Workouts versus your target, XP, volume, PRs and your streak, all on one screen.
FAQ
Common questions
Is GymLevels an official Solo Leveling app?
No. GymLevels is an independent workout tracker made by GymStreak Labs. It borrows the general idea of a leveling system, not any characters, art or story, and has no connection to the Solo Leveling rights holders.
Is GymLevels an anime workout app?
It is a workout tracker with an anime-inspired game layer: system-style alerts, quests, a player class, XP and ranks. There are no anime characters or episodes in it. The training itself is ordinary gym work that you log set by set.
Do I get stats like strength, agility and perception?
No. GymLevels tracks a player level, a rank for each muscle group, streaks and personal records. Progress comes from the sets you actually log, not from points you allocate.
Is there a penalty if I miss a daily quest?
No. Daily quests and weekly challenges simply expire and rotate. Missing a scheduled training day can break your streak, but premium members get up to two streak freezes a week that are applied automatically.
Is it Solo Leveling or Solo Levelling?
Both spellings are common, and this page covers both. Either way, GymLevels is an unofficial app for people who like that style of progression.
How much does GymLevels cost?
GymLevels is a paid app on iOS and Android: all features need GymLevels Pro, either a subscription in the app store (weekly or annual) or a Level-Up Plan from the quiz on gymlevels.com. You see the price before you pay.
